Use of the App

AssetBin Tracker is a digital tool designed to help users manage business assets such as office equipment, inventory items, IT devices, and furniture. You are responsible for all data you enter into the system and for ensuring that such data is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its normal operation.

Account Registration

Some features of AssetBin Tracker may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. The AssetBin Tracker app, including all software, content, visual elements, and brand identity, is owned or licensed by AssetBin. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Data and User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data for the sole purpose of operating and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with local laws, does not contain harmful or unlawful material, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted experience. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or permanent availability of the App. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to update or modify the App and its features at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific needs, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Bin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, system errors, or unauthorized access.

Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their course account at any time, provided there are no upcoming bookings associated with the account. To request account deletion, please use the following form: Delete Account Form.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the service.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be made available within the App and on our website. Continued use after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your business operates, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.
